Account

How do I create an account?

Tap Join for Free, enter your details or continue with Google, then complete the 5-step onboarding to build your profile.

I forgot my password

Use the password reset page. We'll email you a secure link.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Your profile, photos and messages are permanently removed within 24 hours.

How many photos can I add?

One main profile photo plus up to four additional photos.

How do I get verified?

Verification is automatic during onboarding. For manual review, email verify@noondate.app.

Why was my photo removed?

We remove photos that aren't of you, contain explicit content, or appear AI-generated. You'll get an email with details.

Who can message me?

Any member by default. Restrict this in Settings → Privacy.

How do I block someone?

Open their profile and tap the menu → Block. They won't be able to see your profile or message you again.

I want to report a user

Tap the report icon on their profile or message. Our team reviews every report.

Is NOON DATE really free?

Yes. Every feature is free for every member. Always.
